The install crew were relentless, it was quite cold and I offered them to come into garage and warm up but they were determined to get as much done as day light allowed , at end of day they did warm up tho. Very nice crew and they did a professional job. I will recommend to my friends. Thanks Ryan and crew

I bumped into a steel roof ads the other day. My old roof from GAF is 18 years old. So I put my information in. Erie Home called me within 20 minutes and set up an appointment. Bryce and Matt came to my house in appointment day. Both I and spouse had to be there. They went into the attic and walked around the house and shared some pictures of concerns. Erie's steel roof is too expensive. We settled down on the fiberglass asphalt shingles, a blend of materials which is better than asphalt alone. The 120 mph gust resistance is quite impressive. Normal shingles can only last 70 mph gust. Erie gives 10 yrs free materials/labor warranty on any roof defects and 20 yrs free materials warranty. No proration on the material cost like other companies do. After the first year, any visits require a $125 service charge subject to inflation. They also threw in bonus for free like premium underlayment and gutter guard. With the bonus and discount, the price is still steep. The inflation over the years does take its toll. We watched the weather forecast closely and made sure there would be no down pour on installation date. They dropped the materials on the roof a day earlier. An all Mexican crew showed up at 6am and started the work. The foreman, Antonio can speak some English. A lady named Adriana was the point of contact. The entire job was done in less than 10 hrs. I was quite impressed. They fixed a warping OSB panel and installed the flashing and drip edge properly. All my existing features (bathroom fan, solar attic fan, etc.) were kept as is. It looked like 3 layers on top of the OSB decking, water barrier, premium underlayment then the shingles. They also cleaned up quite well after themselves using blower, and rolling magnet cart. I offered a case of bottled water. They didn't even bother to go in to use the bathroom. They seemed to handle the job very professionally. The roof does look much better. Contracted Erie Home to install shake shingle metal roof on house and separate garage. Found roof underlayment needed to be replaced on house portion following fiberglass shingle removal. They replaced wood underlayment where necessary, installed ice guard and synthetic underlayment over entire roof surface, installed metal roofing and ridge venting. Crew arrived early and stayed late on the two days required to finish the project, sunrise to sunset. The crew was professional, efficient and courteous, could not ask for better. Results were more than satisfactory, roof looks fantastic! We would recommend Erie Home in a heart beat for anyone looking to install a metal roof. Great company to work with on this project. The representative that came out was very informative and helpful which helped us make an informed decision. He answered many of our questions and was very professional and personable as well. He spent considerable time showing us and educating us on the quality of the materials this company uses and that had a big impact on our decision to choose this company. He took the time to explain step by step the repairs that we needed and how our roof would go through a total rebuild. The next step was the installation manager coming out, and he did his inspection of the roof to be sure enough material would be on site for the work that would be done. The installation team was prompt, professional, and thorough. I was amazed and impressed at how they stuck to the task. Our house needed a LOT of work, a total roof deck replacement!! They installed venting, the Atlantic blue shingles, and cleaned up after themselves which is always appreciated. If you want quality, you want Erie Home. Our house is now a (dry) home, and we love the warranty that's included, up to 30 years!

Wonderful company- our rep that came out Nas was absolutely wonderful when he came out to show products and he brought the actual product with him to show. Stephanie our project coordinator she has been wonderful as well. If you are needing a roof done please go through this company they back up who they are. They came out got there about 7:45am and they were done I want to say it was between 4-5 i believe I cant quite remember but they were fast quiet and did a great job honestly.

First of all the new metal roof looks great. We chose the shingle appearance. The workers did a great job. They were very efficient Pro, cleaned up the surrounding yard afterwards. I would highly recommend them if you’re interested in having a roofing job done especially if it’s going to be metal.

The sale went excellent! No pressure to buy more than needed. They helped coordinate the removal of solar panels and gutters. The crew were very pleasant and got the job done perfectly at a very fast pace. The cleanup was perfect!

Erie Home installed our fairly complex 2-story roof in 1 day. We were absolutely impressed with their superior American made products. The install went smoothly and as expected, and the clean-up after was stellar. I have already recommended Erie Home to family. That says it all.

Brian and his roofing crew did an excellent job with the installation of our Erie Home Granite Ridge Timberline metal "shingled" roof. With the 50 year transferable warranty this will be the last roof that we will need.
